Service Description

This class is all about building confidence, refining your technique, and playing around with movement in platform heels. Footwear & Class Requirements: Platform heels are required for this class. Instructor Sophie has a limited selection of sizes available to borrow, so please message her at @missmusic.xo before class to reserve your size. Regular dance heels are absolutely welcome, but platforms are highly encouraged. Knee pads are required for all participants. What to Expect: This is a choreography-based class designed to help you develop your skills, strength, and confidence in platform heels. Our warm-up will focus on flexibility, ankle stability, body strength, and proper alignment to help you move safely and confidently. Every class will include a walking exercise dedicated to build foundational technique, improve control, and develop the skills needed to dance in platforms safely. From there, we’ll jump right into a stylized, choreographed routine! And of course, it wouldn’t be a class with @missmusic without plenty of musicality! Expect satisfying heel clacks, fun tricks, dynamic movement, and a variety of music styles play around with. Start your weekend off right and lets Play 💋
